Hi,

im about to bulk doing a winstrol only cycle, but want to trim off some unwanted pounds first...

1. do you think it is okay to cut without AS??

2. im 240 pounds, 6'1 and my bf is about 18%. do you think that when your bf is that high.. your body will not use muscle for eneregy but only fat??

3. Diet will be 3200 callories. (300 g of protein, 200 g of carbs and 50 g of fat)
and i dont want to lose allot of weight fast..just 1-1.5 pound a week....looking for a 6 pound loss in 4 weeks

4. Is it essential to count the protein you get from carbs when cutting??

thanks

1. Yes, you can easily cut w/o AS.

2. To get your bf down to say 10-12%, you will lose some muscle, but mostly fat, long as you eat right.

3. I think you should shoot for 10 lbs a month. That's a good rate of loss IMO.

4. The protein you get from carbs? Not sure what that means. Just count everything.

Potatoes, rice, vegetables all contain some protein...but are not whole proteins...

not looking to get down to 10%-....just want to lose 6 pounds of fat in a month without losing any muscle......you reckon ill lose any muscle at 18% bf??

It's impossible to say without knowing your diet, workout, body type, age, etc. But even knowing all that, no one can say for sure. All I know is that it's very difficult to lose a significant amount of weight without sacrificing some muscle.
