did i royaly fuck up my diet,please help me!!!!!!!!

i have been on a very strict diet for about two months now,i was doing great with it until last night,i freaked out last night and ate all kinds of fucked up fattening shit in one serving,could that throw all of my training away??????????? please help
 
it is called a "cheat meal"

don't worry, you can afford one, once in a while (depend on your objectives)

One meal will definitely not undo months of hard work.

Also if you are normally on a low fat diet and your "cheat meal" had loads of fat in it the chances are that your body will just reject most of it and you will get diarrhea (sp)
 
nah i woulndt say so, but do you plan on eating garbage after you diet to yourgoals think about this one bro

think about you youv'e been on the diet for a long time and are 50 steps forward oops u ate shitty and took one step back...its ok to do that once in while and it actually helps. (re-feed) so actually now you will take a few more steps forward. this is life u can make mistakes but as long as u have the will and desire you will move forward as is like one said earlier its a lifestyle
