Well Im not sure of the numbers break down but I used to work at D'los and I can tell you the large Steak and Cheese contains 11 ounces of steak and 5 slices of American cheese. Probably not the best thing to have while cutting but while I worked there I found it impossible to resist the free S&C's so I just bulked for that year.
