Cutting up for women

What would be the number of calories a women would consume per day while dieting and trying to get cut?
 
In order to give you any sort of good information, we need to know some stats first. Mainly, how heavy is this woman, bf%, training routine etc.

I am 5' 5", 105 pounds and I usually eat between 950-1000 calories when I am low carbing/cutting.
 
She is 120lbs, bf% unknown, she does tae bo 4 times a week, along with 3 days of weight training. Her problem area is the hip region, along with lower buttocks region, although she has a great ass, lower region a little flabby. Her hips aren't huge either, I think it's just her upper body is so small, that it makes her lower look bigger. Caloric intake is unknown.
