Cutting Cycle Diet Question: Low Carb or Full on Ketosis?

Jafar

I'm getting ready to start my winter cutting cycle. It will be relatively short in duration. (6 weeks) I will be using Oxandrin tabs at 25 mg per day and 100mg Primobolan injections twice weekly. Should I just do a cyclical keto diet the whole time? Or just a low carb, very low fat, low calorie diet? Any diet suggestions would be appreciated.

I am currently 5'7" at 195 lbs. and about 16% bf.

Thanks

I dropped from 27 % to 9 % bodyfat doing a

VERY HIGH PROTEIN , LOW-MODERATE COMPLEX CARBS AND LOW FAT .

this is what my diet looks like :

meal 1 - 3 scoops designer whey protein + 1 sandwich ( 2 slices of whole wheat bread + 2 slices fat free cottage cheese )

meal 2 - 1 potatoe + 1 chicken breast + 1 1/2 carrot

meal 3 - 3 scoops designer whey protein + 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil

meal 4 - myoplex plus deluxe

meal 5 - same as meal 2

meal 6 - 3 scoops designer whey protein + 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil

if you go with keto then plan on loosing plenty of strength. I did keto for 2 weeks and my dumbell bench dropped 20. My diet followed the keto to a "t". I had it perfect. Keto blows unless your a girl or extremely overweight with no muscle. I would go Low carb/High protein.

I dropped about 5% over 3 weeks on the CKD. The hard part for me is being hungry all the time. I like it and am going to start back up this weekend. That means I get to eat bacon, whole eggs, rib eye steaks loaded with fat, double whoppers with cheese and mayo (no bread or veggies) Mmmmm, can't wait.

I think the key is moderation so I took a break for this week and concentrated on high protein, almost no fat and carbs only by the way of fiberous veggies and fruits.
