Customs allowing 50 dosage units to be imported

It applies to percs. Also valium but I am not sure it applies to oxycontin. Oh and it definetely doesn't apply to gear. Also make sure you keep your script for the valium or the percs.

I am sure it does not apply to all schedule-3 drugs which are narcotics and steroids! they just didnt list everthing that is effected.

Actually according to the Customs web site you dont need a perscription for 50 dosage units or less, and it states the only thing you cant bring back are narcotics, I'm going to Mexico next weekend I'll talk to customs before I go in, I have been arrested on a mail order deal a few years ago and If I get caught again Ill go to jail , so I wont do anything Illegal , I dont have a problem declaring it if its legal. Only things that are avalible in the US are covered under this law according to the Customs web site.
Actually it allows scheduled drugs but declaring them is a PAIN IN THE ASS. You will be made to jump thru hoops. Alot is up to the discretion of the agent. If you dont mind the hassle give it a try.

I went to Mexico and asked Cusoms about this, and it doesn't include steroids, I did bring back 50 Valuim and 50 Soma Compound, with out a script. Go Figure

I've heard this train of logic before... once... someone claiming she could bring back the world... and customs would say nothing.

I'd strongly suggest against it... but like Natuica said.. .take a copy of the law and tell them you are guaranteed a right to bring them across... make sure to tap the paper copy very loudly and repeat the law verbatum each time they say "no"

There was a big thread on this just recently with citations of law that seemed to go both ways. The lawyer at steroidlaw.com says it is true????
Surely there is a definitive answer to this somewhere.

Very simply: It is illegal to import any Controlled Substances UNDER ANY CONDITIONS. This means that even if you have a prescription for BTG Oxandrin and you filled in France (using a French doctor since USA prescriptions are invalid in France), you cannot import this medication. I have always believed this was more politically motivated than anything else. Oxandrin is the number one seller in France and it is produced by BTG. BTG has a presence in the USA, but it doesn't matter. BTG Oxandrin in France is less expensive than BTG Oxandrin in America.

If you want a list of Controlled Substances, I suggest that you visit the DEA's website and search for the list. As far as enforcing the law, it seems inconsistent--as the example of valium below.

Warning: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) prohibits the importation, by mail or in person, of fraudulent prescription and nonprescription drugs and medical devices. These include unorthodox "cures" for such medical conditions as cancer, AIDS, arthritis, or multiple sclerosis. Although such drugs or devices may be legal elsewhere, if the FDA has not approved them for use in the United States, they may not legally enter the country and will be confiscated if found, even if they were obtained under a foreign physician's prescription.

i think that right there basically sayz they will confiscate it if they want

Percs are oxy! they are a 5mg oxy with asprin in it also!

if u could bring back gear

you would only be able to bring human grade. so any vet gear is not allowed to pass through. i wonder if u could get a script for your dog from a vetrinarian for test or deca and see if u could pass that off. you could always say its not for u its for your dog!
