haaa-haaaa....here we go again. The good 'ole customs law.

Note: "or for administration to an animal accompanying him/her"....this means your doggie needs to be with you.
The problem with this is that custom's agents probably do not know the laws and will most likely take your stuff. Oxycontin has made the news so much in the last year, that it would be considered a habit-forming narcotic. I doubt you would be able to keep that.
The AS is still an open dilemna, some have done it apparently. I just think you would have to a small amount and spend a lot of time, most likley having to see a Customs's supervisor. Vet gear would definitely be seized.
