If you want an extra-high energy meal, here's a good one:
Some couscous (as much as you want, keeping in mind that it expands a lot and a little bit in the packet will equal to a lot on your plate).
Chopped vegetables, like peas, corn, carrots, leeks.... even small chunks of ham if you want.
1-2 cups of orange juice.
Yep, orange juice. It's awesome.... mix the whole thing together in a wok and keep stirring in the orange juice gradually, little by little, and when it's all gone, cook until the couscous has absorbed the OJ.
Let it cool for a little while.
I love this food. Couscous is awesome.... especially when cooked in orange juice.
