Alright looking for everyones opinion here. I'm getting ready to start my contest prep and am planning on doing deca/winny/nolva in my prep but this is how I'd run it:
18 weeks total
weeks 1-10 deca 50-75mg e7d (not sure yet)
weeks 11-18 winny 50mg eod
Has anyone ever frontloaded the deca (females) for it to give any better results? So I could go first 2 weeks at 100mg e7d, then drop it down to 50 or so for the remaining weeks?
Also another thought... If I didnt frontload, the deca wont be doing anything in my body for the first few weeks really, so do you think I could find something that is fast acting that could give me good size gains otherwise?
I'm also gonna run the nolva for at least 16 weeks this time so it will cut down on water retention from the deca also.
I've done deca before up to 75mgs e7d and LOVED it also same w/ the winny, use both before during a contest prep and came in great for my show. I'm planning on weighing in at the high end of the MWs for my show.
I also wont be using any thermogenics this time due to high blood pressure and possible heart problems that I've had in the past. So no clen, ECA, or even T3... Hopefully cardio and a great diet will do the trick.
Any thoughts?
