Another easy way to add proteina nd still have some taste is turkey bacon. I found a brand that has 6 gms protein 1.5gms fat for every two peices. I get about 300-350gms of protein perday in. It is not hard just start a journal until you start to understand what it takes. Just keep increasing the meals if needed. I eat 7-9 meals/day. It seems like I eat all day but I need it all!!!
