Consuming 300g of protein?

Another easy way to add proteina nd still have some taste is turkey bacon. I found a brand that has 6 gms protein 1.5gms fat for every two peices. I get about 300-350gms of protein perday in. It is not hard just start a journal until you start to understand what it takes. Just keep increasing the meals if needed. I eat 7-9 meals/day. It seems like I eat all day but I need it all!!!

Wouldn't real food be much better than shakes?

I'm a 130 lb chick and I manage to eat 200+ grams of protein a day with my calories being between 1500-1700 a day. Mostly from Tuna/Chicken breasts/egg whites/cottage cheese, and one high protein bar a day...

You might want to try fitday.com to track what your eating, it calculates protein/fat/carbs and even put's it into a nifty graph instantly! I use it to motivate myself to eat more protein....

Just a thought :)
