Consuming 300g of protein?

How do you all get down 300g of protein a day? i can't see it.

Each meal would have to be about what 50g protein per meal, eating six meals a day. I'm trying to Cut right now.. so what foods would help me get up to 300g a day besides Chicken Breast and egg whites?



ps.. i'm allergic to all Seafood, no tuna for me..
 
Ok this is what i eat...about 300g to 350g a day...don't really count but I"M GOOD!!

Morning...remember this is for bulking...

O god i'll just post my whole day...

meal 1 - 10 egg whites 2 whole 1 flax seed bagel = 42grams
meal 2 - Prolab Nlarge Shake - 52 grams
meal 3 - 8 oz xtra lean ground beef - alot of protein..more than 60g
meal 4 - Prolab Nlarge Shake = 52 grams
meal 5 - 8 oz chicken beast or 2 cans tuna or 6 oz salmon depends = 50-60grams
meal 6 - Whey protein no carbs right at bed time = 25grams

Total = 291grams not counting some protein which comes from milk which i use in oatmeal...and also this is for a 6:00am to 10:00PM day. If i stay up later i throw in some 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese and another flax seed bagel which is around 50 grams of protein.
 
ahh.. ok I'll just wake-up earlier then, so i can consume more food throughout the day..

going to be hard since i have no school right now..
 
IMO you can't really count whey, it's in and out of your system so quickly and most of it i'm sure will turn to glucose because the protein wont be used so quickly. This makes it ideal post workout but not a good choice as a meal or meal replacement. At the very least if you really got to have a liquid meal go for casseinate.
 
Not that this adds much to the discussion, but I don't really see the difficulty in eating 300g of protein. Typically, I have a whey shake with every meal. Riskybizz is right in pointing out that whey isn't all that great. But it's cheap, easily available, and if you mix it with milk and drink it with a meal containing some other protein its negatives aren't quite so profound.

That's Bullshit. If you're body NEEDS it, it'll use it. I.e. Dieting/training/sex/etc.

If you are a Fat Fuck who doesn't do shit but sit around and watch Tv, and are on no particular fat loss/muscle building program, then yes, your body won't use that extra protein effeciently.

But if you are Dieting, Lifting weights and ejaculating then your body will Use every single gram of Protein you feed it.
