Cinnamon!!!!!!!!! Yum!!!!!! I put it in oatmeal, and on my sweet potatoes!!!
Cinnamon has no nutritional value ( unless you use the whole bottle! ) ...it's just like adding pepper or any other spice!!
I think it helps because it makes the food taste better and will make it easier to stick to your diet!
