ive been training on off a while, just bak in2 it but have always developed my arms well b4 chest, and legs for that matter.

i do 3 exercises per body part and do each part once a week:

chest and abs
back and legs

rest

bi and tri's
shoulders and abs

rest
rest

this is my weekly routine. for my chest i do flat bench dcline dench and flyes but dont get far. any suggestions to maybe shock my chest and get some b etter gains would be appreciated?? thanks
 
sounds like what your doing will work its just going to take some time
try sticking close to your to your 1rm for a couple of weeks
say maybe enough to struggle to get 3 reps
and you should start seing a 4th rep at that weight within a few workouts
at least that is what works for me
but im an amature so you should take this as filler untill someone alot more experienced comes along

wow, ppl pay for that?!?! i'd imagine there are better reasons for owning a plat membership then the k store!

Nah, you pay with Karma not cash. No-one has bought Karma from the store in months.

My own main reasons for sticking with Plat were getting rid of the ads and the search facility. There are a few other cosmetic differences but they were the main two. Getting rid of the ads made quite a difference to the speed of the site.
