intel and nike both make good small mp3 players. basically if you're going to be moving around you want an mp3 player that uses flash memory and not a disk drive that can get damaged if moved around too much.
Check out the BA350. I got mine about 2 weeks ago and it's awesome. It's roughly the size of a zippo lighter and super-lightweight. It has 128MB of built-in memory and you can add in another 128MB externally.

I have an I-Jam MP3 player. It's the lighest player out there right now (or was about a year ago). Honestly, I often forget I'm wearing it -- if only wieighs about 2oz without batteries.
I got mine for $200 when MP3 players first hit the market. lol I shoulda waited for a year or so. You can get one for about $70 these days.
BTW, be sure you have a battery charger. Those players suck down a lot of juice.
i have "the yepp" by samsung. its small, cheap(under 150$) and it comes with 64mb of built in memory.. you can add more memory via slide in memory card.
I got this one for x-mas. It stores 128mb of memory. Which is roughly 35-40 cd quality songs. It is the perfect size and it has a special driver or something but it is loud as hell. I have it at half the volume and it is plenty loud. The cool thing about it is that you can use Music Match(which is comes with) and you can take your mp3s and make them a smaller kilobyte per second so you can fit more songs on their if you need to. But I have never had a workout last 3 hours which is around what the Intel Pocket Concert holds. Iron
