Happy Sunday EF Fam,

Training has been great this week. Steps are high as well.

Sleep this week has been so good and consistent.

My weight is starting to trend down a touch, but I think that is losing a bit of fluff.

  • Have not taken this week. Wife moved my machine to a new spot and I’m an out of sight, out of mind person. So I have to move it back into my nightly view.
