Not enough, bro haha. I feel like a blank canvas these days as I’ve had my whole right sleeve lasered off and the top of my left arm lasered off, and cannot wait to cover them back up!
Training has been great this week. Steps are high as well.

Upper Body (swapped order of chest exercises around, as deficit push-ups were destroying me for bench press in previous sessions. Glad a made this decision, as I did not suffer through bench press this week)
