I'd up the protein post-workout, it would do wonders improving recovery and sparing muscle mass, as well as increasing the arginine post-workout. U probably know this but argining increases glycogen storage by a large amount (can't remember exact %) and as a bonus increases NO so helps in the sack too.
The whole idea of eating immediately upon rising doesn't make sense to me. The body is in a detoxification state up until noon time, and many feel better waiting to eat till then. Also, GH is highest at night, and the body is burning fat, this isn't the most catabolic environment to be in.
