Blood work before hernia operation

So the hospital does presurgery blood test that reveils high red blood cell count. The surgeon says the anesthiesiologist won't put me under with such a high count. I don't know what the count is specifically. He wants me to go to a blood doctor.
My last cycle included d-bol, test enth and tren. I figure this is normal and will probably subside after a while, but maybe someone has some more insight for me.
