Aquastanbolic 50 Dover Labs

I bought A 20 ml bottle in Rocky Pointe for $90
Its Manufactured ( it says ) in Australia by Dover
Laboratories Pty Ltd it does not seem to separate
It was packaged in a mini sonatube with plastic caps
the vial has a white cap on it What do you think ????
