If it's only 3.2, 3.5 and 6 carbs which is 13, 14 and 24 calories, where do the remaining calories come from ?

Most of the calories are from alcohol. Alcohol has 7 calories per gram and they are empty calories. They cant be stored for energy and your body must metabolize those calories first, so if your eating anything while your drinking, your body automatically turns it to fat.

So it would be best to just not eat anything while drinking correct? That way all the empty calories are burned first and not stored as fat?

I will have the occasional Sam after work sometimes, but I haven't gotten really shitty for about three months when I went to visit some friends in Cali. I was reminded the next day why it had been about 6 months before that. I can handle my alcohol, but I am little so after a few a feel like I can drink 100 and it stays with me for about a week. Or it feels that way. I usually stick to 1 or 2 when out with friends and then everyone is guareented a responsible DD.

During the summer/winter break, I'll drink maybe once or twice each period......at school I drink just about every weekend (only one night though, and it doesn't take much to get me hammered)

But hey, you are only in your prime once, gotta live it up once in a while. Like someone said earlier, a life of strictly dieting and lifting isn't what I want.

Yeah, that would be your best bet. I used to do meatheaded things like come home from the bar and start eating cans of tuna or cooking chicken before i went to bed, thinking i'm getting all this extra protein. It really just kept me from getting leaner. I have really high metabolism, so drinking once a week wouldnt slow down my progress that signifigantly. My problem is that i don't know when to stop, and i get so hammered that im hungover the entire next day and i cant eat anything. Then i just feel like ive lost all my muscle. Thats why i try to only drink like one per month.
