Any experiences with liquid clen?

i recently had very much the same results, just different path. What were your doses/diet/training/other gear?

Trying to put together a wee ebook on the subject, time goes by and its still a good idea...

cardio 3 times a week as with any fat burner, light abs maybe 3 times a week and high protien, moderate carbs!

I ordered some liquid clen from www.ctdre.com. It was only $45.00. I just got it in the mail today and I am going to start taking it on Monday. I will let you know how I like it. But I am way excited to take it!!!

Tastes horrendously bad.

I just couldn't take the after-taste.

On it now at 150mcg a day... The taste is pretty much exactly like everclear (pure alcohol) i don’t mind it. It is working great

Yes,

I pulled the needle out of an insulin syringe, so know I can get a good draw and super accurate dosing. I accidentally ingested 40mcgs worth of liqiuclen and it definitely worked.

My temp was up and was rather shaky.

how should i take the liquiclen, just squirt it in my mouth, or let it sit under my tongue or swallow immediately?
