I just noticed ancillary guy's liquid clen is 200mcg/ml??? Isn't that a bit high? I thought you're only supposed to take around 20-80mcg daily or something along those lines.

Yup! 200mcg/ml. I took advantage of their August Special and got a free bottle. At 200mcg/ml, it's amazing how little a dose packs a punch.

i ordered the liquiclen from custom nutrition warehouse. it comes with a syringe to measure it out easily. 200mcg/ml is high, but it's not like you have to take a full ml each dose. for my first dose, i took 1/5 of a ml. with the syringe they give you, it's real easy to measure out small doses. i just squirt it on my tongue and down it with water. it doesn't taste too good, but its not unbearable

No it does not. A syringe is the easiest, but you can also get a baby medicine spoon....in the infant/baby aisles of Target, Wal-Mart, Grocery stores....

BTW, AG Clen tastes like pure alcohol, nothing else.
