Hey guys, i just started the "crum diet". These are my stats: 5'6'', 175lbs. I just started training hard yesterday, same with the diet. These is what i calculated. I ate: 60g of fat, 190g of protein, about 15g of carbs. I didn't include the veggies i ate for the carbs though. In total veggies i ate 3 big leafs of lettuce romaine, 1 cucumber, 1 tomatoe & 1/2 onion. Am I on the right track? I did not use flax seed oil, or any kind of other oil. The fats came from the meats. Thanx for any info!
