What i mean by that is....

I am running 600-mg/week of Primo....long ester..(200mg/ml) ...I am in my 5th week now and have been splitting up shots every mon/thurs at 1.5 cc's to total 600mg/week.

For some reason, lately every time i shoot in my left glute, I end up with a terrible and painful lump in my glute for like 5 days.....I have to get into the shower and run super hot water on it as i massage the hell out of it. But when I shoot im the right glute, i have very little irritation at all. It's getting to the point where I'm dreading the left side shots now. it never hurts while doing the shot, just the next day is when the pain and lump comes along.

Can I just simply do 1 shot a week of 3 cc's in my right glute?? Do any of you see any harm in doing it that way???

Thanks for your replies...

BIggest harm will be the possibility of scar tissue build up, quicker than if you rotated, depending on gear BA content can be rough on muscle tissue, but if you premo is Shering, you wont have to worry about that I am sure.

No..the primo is Orbit......and at 200mg/ml, I figure that is the problem..higher BA content...

but if I just do one shot per week in my right glute..instead of 2 shots per week , alternating glutes..then it would be the same amount of shots per week in my right glute. OR...do you mean that having all 3 cc's shot in my right glute will cause more scar tissue build-up from more gear in one area at once?

Shit....hope that made sense...

If you only use one glute, it get's hit twice as much than if you rotated is all I am saying so scar tissue would form quicker than if rotated....not talking about cc's just simply number of sticks being higher regardless of time frame

My ass looks like a pin cushion these days, so over time alternating between delts, quads, and glutes has become mandatory for me to avoid any real discomfort. Just listen to your body. If an injection site is sore, you should probably avoid hitting it again until it feels normal. The last thing you want is an abcess.

Yeah...well...I guiess it's time to leave the left glute alone for a bit....it friggin kills everytime I inject there now.....I HATE MY LEFT GLUTE!! lol

as far as changing up spots....how are other places on the body for injecting compared to the glutes?.....I imagine that the glutes are the least painful places to inject....am I right or wrong?...or is it different with each person?

I prefer to hit the quads for a few reasons.
1) You can hit them in a couple different locations.
2) You can see what you are doing.
3) You can use both of your hands.

I also like the left bi then the glutes.

differs from person to person. many prefer quads, if do that, I cant walk. I can hit shoulders, and never feel it like a glute shot.
