Ahhh... I went crazy on my diet!!!!

I couldn't take it any longer, I've been dieting for 12 weeks! I went nuts and ate a candy bar with the wrapper on it and then I ate a box of Papa John's cheesesticks!!!

Will this kill me? I'm sitting here watching the fat cells pop up. The veins in my arms are slowly disappearing.
