Grumpy Old Man
Grumpy Old Biker Bastard
Take it with a grain of salt. My information is a few years old, and I can't find the link now. And the safety of truck design has improved dramatically over the past decade, trucks used to have miserable crash performance but now have crumple zones and passenger cages just like cars.
I have to thank you for your info. I drive the Navigator to work every day. So I Have to fill the gold flecked thing three times a week, I was on the highway for 3 hrs rday, there were BMW's trucks and a lot of things that looked like honda cars all crashed. The TDOT had big dirt trucks making my polished veehickle dusty so the fuel was in dirt. I really don't like spending that much time getting to my office. But here in TX everyone let every other veehikle in even though there were 4 lanes of traffic going on the shoulder. I think if I were in a crash in one of those little smart things I would be dead. This is based only on the lack of entire cars being in the same lane.
O I don't know BUT if I am in an SUV I might not get the white van that took the peeps to a place their family has to visit. Was a really sad beginning of my day. I was so unhappy all day thinking about the people in those bags.
We have a lot of silly people here that drive SUV's they also get their health insurance at the Parkland Hospital.
I never can be happy when the mother or wife gets that "visit". Our troops included.
I feel so badly for anyone that has lost a loved one.
Today was a bad day.
