A typical diet for me lately has been similar to this:
eggs(w/cheese, green pepper, onions) and bacon for breakfast, salad and meat (hamburger patty w/cheese) for lunch, greens and meat (fried chicken, catfish, seafood) for dinner. Usually drink more than 100 ounces of water on any given day.
Gymrat - Are muscle gains really that drastic when a person first starts exercising?
