Im male, 23, 6'4, 215 pounds
Ive been weightlifting on and off for 5 years. Id like to lose the rolls off my gut, as my fat seems to accumulate in the lower adominal and lower back area.
My question:
is it easier for an individual to lose fat if they are severley overweight, rather than slightly overweight (say by 5-10 pounds)?? This seems to be true based on some of the miracle stories posted by overweight people on the board who just watch their carbs and do no cardio and shed 80 pounds!!
Im watching my diet, and doing 20-25 minutes of cardio 4 times a week, plus moderately heavy weight training on cardio days. Im considering doing a 3 week clen cycle supplmented with ketotifen. Do you think its possible to lose the stubborn abdominal fat on this program?
Ive already tried the CKD diet. Didnt work. I wasted away to a measley 185 pounds!!! and added another half inch to my waist. Encouragements welcome!
