I'm gonna be starting one of crums diets (haven't decided which one) next week, but I have a few questions before I start.
1. What do you mix with your protein shake? Water? Milk? If you use milk, which kind? whole? 2%? 1%? Nonfat? skim?
2. What kind of whey protein, protein bars, flaxseed oil, glutamine, dextrose, MM, MV do you guys use and where do you get them from?
3. What does glutamine and dextrose do? Is it essential for a cutting diet?
4. Whenever I see rice in the diet, I always see brown rice. Is it preferred over white rice? Why?
5. Is tea by itself ok to drink? Let's say in the evening before bedtime?
You can answer any/all questions that you feel like.
