Really, that's what i been wanting to hear from some people like you who actually did it. I don't know if i am 40% but i do excercise, i can run 2 hours at 5mph without stoping and still do some rope jumping and i figure i could add a nice cycle to grow muscle and lose fat, but i want to be very sure about it.
How was your cycle when you run it? any sides? what did you run?.
