5 days in jail or 240 community service hours?? which would you choose?

The LOST star was given that choice for DUI. She chose 5 days in jail. I think I would have chose the same.

Which would you choose and why?

5 days, prob easier,but if i was a star id do the service as opposed to being passed around for 5 days

If the 5 days wouldn't end up costing me my job I would take that option. 240 hours is a lot of time. That's 30 full Saturday's doing some bullshit....no way.

I work in the legal community, being arrested would look pretty bad on my life resume. 5 days would like I want to get it over with and move on. Community service would look better than serving 5 days in jail.

I would do 5 days as opposed to spending weekends picking up trash and shit on the side of the road.
