My first cycle was 300mg a day over 20 days - or 1 bottle at the recommended dosage. If you use the search function I posted my gains at the end of my cycle - I just don't remember what they were off the top of my head. I followed post cycle with some Chrysin and retained most of my gains. My second cycle was with two bottles, pyramid'ing up to 6x/day, then coming back down to 5,4,3,2 and 1x /day at the end. I followed up with Chrysin again. I used the last part of the cycle, maybe the last week as a cutting cycle to lose the extra fat I put on. I used the pyramid down to help my body ease off of it and start naturally producing test on its own sooner. I would definitely recommend a different anti E than Chrysin.
I did get crazy pumps during both cycles though. If I were to do another cycle of 1AD, I would stay at around 300-400mg a day. I saw no extra gains with the increased dosage and like Pat side, more side effects.
Overall, my experience with 1AD was really, really positive. At the time I was training and recommended - and still do - to people who want to stay with supplements. I'm on a cycle of Sust right now and post cycle will try and do a relative comparison of the two.
