2nd day of no protein diet and feel like sh*t!!!

As i feel better on the second day of no protein than i would of no carbs the feeling is not good.

My meals go like this

8:00 bowl of frosted flakes skim milk and a bannana

10:00 pasta of some sort

Lunch pizza or bake potato

before workout 100g carb dring by optimum nutrition

after workout another

5:00 pasta

8:00 fruit salad

10:00 more pasta


I am always hungry and feel like ass......

I am drinking 1 1/2 gallons of water daily along with juices
 
There are several reasons.

1. After i read a post a week ago it realy made alot of sence. I mean i have been taking in protein powders for 4-5 years now daily. That is alot!! I feel that if you deprive your body of something such as protein for 4 weeks then drive protein back in the body you will obsorbe alot more.

2. I have nothing to loose. I mean shore i will hate the 4 weeks but ha if i get anything out of it then it will be worth it.

3. I am going to start a cycle in 4 weeks and am excited to see if i get great results from the combo...

No protein for 4 weeks!?!? You don't need to take it to that extreme.

I've tried protein cycling and to my suprise it worked. I would eat 1.25g per lb of bodyweight during the weekdays and only 0.5-0.7g per lb of Bodyweight for 2 days.

I would reconsider your carb choices; frosted flakes, pasta and fruit juice. Expect to become really fat.
 
Even though there is no actually logic to your diet it does sound interesting to see how you do when you consume protein again.
