200 grams of protein

What the most convient way of getting 200 grams of protein a day ( besides shakes) would liek 6 big cans of tuna fish be good enough
 
It's far from a challengs. Learn the nutritional value on food items and you'll figure it out. 6-8 meals a day and you should be able to easily get 400g.
 
with 6-7 tuna cans yes but I hope you'll be eating something else....damn only tuna ??? Chicken, burgers, just eat as much as you can you'll see !
 
200 should be no problem at all. i usually get a whole chicken for lunch from the grocery store (already prepared) and thats about 100 grams in one meal. i think netrtion.com has a very large section on food profiles, check that out and you should be able to come up with something you like.
 
BTW there's a software called Food Comp. Its pretty easy to get on the net and its free. COuld help you a lot to know your protein intake.

what is the link for that software? Looks interesting to know what I am eating!
 
I use a lot of tuna, a few shakes. A word of Caution tuna might clog you up a bit. It felt like I was giving birth to a ten pounder. I came real close to crying. I asked the girlfriend for some chopsticks to help pry the sucker from my ass.
