1-AD and Gas

I've done a search and cannot find anyone talking about gas as a side effect of 1-AD. I've been emitting horrid and noxious gas since i've upped the dosage to 600mg per day. Other than that, my diet has not changed.

Has anyone else noticed an increase in gas when upping the dosage?

Hi Tim. I've been on 600mg for 5 weeks now and I've experienced no such symptoms at all. Every once in a while however I'll drop a sulfur death bomb but those are from just from all the protein shakes I drink. Maybe its just your chemistry with the 1-AD. What brand are you using? I'm using Egropharms.

Are you sure it's not from high protein intake.................cause that sure does it for me.
