I am around 170lb right now about 11%BF. I read the artical simple guide to bulking that says 2grams protine per lb of lean body mass. and about 3200cals per day. Have noticed damn big jump in strength in the past 2 weeks but do not want to become a blimp in the next six. I am taking Aminogen and 2 mulit vitimans a day with a SHIT LOAD OF FIBER. Was wondering if any body has any good advice? Should I keep this up or go down a little on the protine. So far results have been pretty good.
