1/3 Diet Is Still The Sickest!!!

I hope all of my followers are doing well with the 1/3 diet....From the responses I have been getting over PM's it seems like there are alot of people on it right now.....Stick with it and you will be thanking me in the long run....like when you are at Tempts this summer and you are listening to the sickest beats by DJ Denny Tsettos....With your shirt off dancing with a smoking chick...of course from Jersey.....NJstacked.....

PS: NJbigtime is using this diet to cut up for his MTV debut!
 
Or your at the Colloseum in NJ on Thurs. night. Oooo, wait, I should probably not say anything more, you guys don't take variety well. LOL!

Do me a favor and post a meal plan for one day on your diet. I just started a cycle(enanthate/EQ) and am looking for a solid diet to go with it. What are you stats(weight/hgt) so i can adjust it to myself, thanks bro.

PS: we have to hit Factory for JP's B-day bash, i think its the 26th of Jan., not sure though.

Might i suggest that this plan is actually very good. Butm to get even better results, try to only eat fat with protein. No carbs with fat. You will get even better results.

What I'm saying is eat fat with protein, eat protein with carbs, but don't eat fat with carbs.

When you eat fat with carbs, the fat is shuttled into fat cells. When you eat fat with protein, the fat is used constructively within the body and not turned to fat. As long as you don't eat too many calories.

And an entire day layout depends on your maintenance calorie level.

Basically i would make your first three meals of the day carb and protein and your last three meals fat and protein. Of course this depends on your training becuase you want the carbs post workout.
