psyllium husk

I’m looking for some advice on how much psyllium husk you’re supposed to use as a bodybuilder I’m now following a bodybuilder diet that is heavy in protein and heavy and red meat I’m also eating some chicken and fish during the week as well. Thoughts?

does anyone on here recommend taking psyllium husk with my meals to Aid with digestion and Aid would getting more fiber in my diet? I have a problem with constipation sometimes after my meals where I feel like I need to go but I can't go. Do you think it's a lack of fiber in my diet or do you...
