Intermittent fasting ?

Would intermittent fasting be recommend for ladies? I wanted to give it a go but I wanted to make sure it was a good idea. Thankas for the help!

humans evolved in a feast or famine diet situation. so what your gender is would have no bearing on if IF would be healthy or not

I do IF pretty much everday myself. i also do 24 hour fasts, and prolonged fasts.. also i do the 1 meal a day thing every now and then as well. i highly recommend you check out my ebook in my signature on fasting, it goes over the different types

You're human right? So what applies to a man is the same for women .

Yes ladies can practice it also but it's not by no means necessary.

Works just as well for females as men. Go for it

I don't think it matters if you're male or female. As long as you're human.
