Most days off before loss of gains

What do you guys think is a good amount of time to take off lifting for full recovery ? I really don’t want to lose my gains though.
 
once you take off 2 weeks or more you will start to rapidly lose muscle conditioning which is okay. you will get it back once you come back.

not wanting to lose gains is not a good mentality to have. that is how guys end up with chronic injuries. when you gotta take time off, then take time off
 
In 2 to 3 weeks you will be losing strength, but you get it back quickly

On cycle? 2-3 days. On cruise or off cycle a week max.

Sorry, I don’t mean before you lose gains. That’s just how long it should take to recover if you’re eating decently and sleeping.
