Hi everyone, I suffer from sleeping disorder and I will start lifting soon for first time ever, I wonder if my condition can lead
to have or be pron to more injuries when lifting heavy, as you know lack of sleep affects everything, thanks.

yes it will. if you can't sleep it will make it very hard to repair muscles

when you sleep at night that is when your body rests and repairs itself.

google evolutionary.org sleep. i bet you if you fixed your sleeping habits you would cure your sleeping disorder

What disorder?

I think exercising will actually help improve your disorder!

Being physically active improves sleep quality

You can stick to whatever your workout routine is and try including meditation in your routine. I have heard there are specific programs for people with the problem of insomnia.
