Have you ever been stopped by security at the airport and they question what you have in your bag. Also do you recommend putting it in the check bag or carrying it on. I watch on TV how they even open up check bag so I want to make sure

If they are over the counter supplements you can fly with them or use them, do anything you want something FDA approved or made in fda approved facility

Supplements are fine. Steroids mail them to where ever you are staying.
No issues with natural supplements man. Definitely just bring the bottles though. Would look way more suspicious if you had a bunch of pills in a bag or something.
Regular supps should be fine!
