I am going to start taking a thermogenic but i don't know which one would be best to use while strength training with Jungle Warfare and Creakic....any suggestions?
raising your body temperature for that sort of training is probably the worst and most counter productive thing you could do.. your body is already running hot when you exercise like that, hence why you are sweating
