Only eating meat 2x per week

What do you think about only eating meat 2x per week
What if i did it that way and just stuck to fruits and veggies the other 5x per week
Do you think you would still be able to build muscle
 
you don't need meat 5x a day to build muscle. that is one of the dumbest logics i have seen. i will eat meat once a day max

the protein requirements we see parroted over the years are assinine

being a 300 pounds pro bodybuilder is one thing, being the other 99.9% of us is another

no human being needs that much
 
There are vegetarians that obviously eat zero meat. Some people like my daughter have trouble digesting meat.
Getting complete proteins from non meat is difficult but doable.
Gaining muscle from lack of meats is doable.
However muscle is mostly protein.
Do some research and there is a way to get protein from lack of meat.
Again try and figure out how to get complete protein make up.
Sorry I don’t know the full answer. I do understand the basic concept.
Many high level athletes are vegetarians.
Find you a balance that works for you and your body.

you can eat 2x/day thats intermittent fasting
eat in an 8 hour window and 16 hours fast
