Incorporating cleans

I wanted to ask if bodybuilder's incorporate clean & jerks into their lifting routine? I have started to learn them and find them challenging but definitely makes you exhausted.
 
my first olympic lifting was cleans and clean and jerks

a lot of gyms will not allow you to do this because they don't want the noise or stuff damaged

there is an easy solution to this though. you can buy your own mat, olympic bar and rubber weights at home and set it up in your garage.. and now you can bang away without pissing anyone off. the thing with clean and jerks is if you are pushing yourself on a final rep you are going to drop that thing, so it is better to do it on your own anyway
