Reheating Chicken - In the microwave

Hey all,

Recently I've been buying packed meat, and reheating it as I think it tastes nicer and goes down quicker. I've been using a medium heat in a 800w microwave, for three minutes, I'm usually microwaving 200g chicken or 200g beef.

It tastes gooood, but today, I bought my chicken from Iceland (Uk) and bought 185g for £1 (tikka flavour) cooked it the same, tasted very nice indeed, but to put it bluntly I'm now not very well at all writing this.. have just left the toilet. I don't want this to happen again. Can anybody advise me?

its not the microwave. its the tikka masala its indian food/spices people who are senstive and dont eat indian food often, have stomach problems..

in a microwave..??? depending on ur taste prefence..

cooked chicken cold is still cooked.. so u can heat it up for 3 min and get it HOT or luke warm at 1-2 min
