Working out AM vs. PM?

Is there any difference between working out in the mornings or the evenings? right now my work schedule is typically 9 to 5 every day oh, so if I really push myself I can get in to workout before work, or going after work. The problem is my gym gets really packed in the evening when I get off, while in the morning there really isn't that many people. What time of the day do you workout and is there any advantage to one or the other
 
I suggest you get a workout in the morning with cardio, like aM empty stomach cardio 30min followed by a good 30min workout, 1 hour in the gym and you'll have a good day full of energy
 
if you workout AM your body just had a full nights rest
if you workout evenings you went through mental grind at work all day and plus like you said it is packed

it boils down to what works for you

i like the evening crowd more young and hot chicks etc. the morning crowd is usually old farts. but i do like working out in the morning or lunch time while fasted
 
A.M. workout is most beneficial, just take some CARDAZOL - natural pre-workout product, it will give you great cardio, stamina and FAT loss
