Eat 6-9 times spreading out 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight a day for 3 months and on these supplements and expect muscle gains anywhere from 15 - 30 pounds depending on experience while on a mass gain program such as consisting of 5-8 reps with exercises such as deadlifts, wide grip pull ups, bench press, and squats. The dose companies give you at their extract you would need to consume 80 capsules a day but on ebay its much cheaper and you can get the powder form also.

I learned that after you buy supplements and don't use them, you will really start to grow out of them and feel like your scammed and that they are worthless. Reallly most of them are. I try to incorporate them in my program to get a placebo affect and I get that affect because I only use supplements that are proven both effective clinically and by word of mouth. The only supplements you really need is a multivitamin, a very high quality tastless and 100 percent natural whey isolate like bipro, and maybe some flax or fish oil. Start with just protein powders. Don't buy any more supplements until you have finished your protein powder products because that is the most important part about building muscle. If you are having trouble sticking with the shakes and diet just be more practical. If you are running late on some days just throw in 3-6 scoops of protein in a shaker bottle and add water and leave to work or school with the shaker, drinking 1/3 of the bottle between 3 meals totaling to 6 meals in one day. Never delay yourself to start your mass program to next week, the next day, the next month. Just do it and stay with it. It should be second nature and it shouldn't be on and off, which will never get you any results. Consistenstisy is extremely important. Never Slack off. Make a cheat/rest day only after every 6 days you followed your mass diet program right. Don't give yourself out a day like sunday. If you hate the taste protein powders then Bipro protein is for you because it is tasteless yet it is more potent and solube then egg whites.
