I found this today and thought it was very true.
Eat less crap
C- carbonated beverages
R- refined sugars
A-artificial color/ sweetener
P- processed foods

Eat more FOOD
F-fruits and veggies
O- organic lean proteins
O- omega 3 fatty acids
D- drink lots of water!

Just thought I would share!
 
Thought artificial sweeteners were ok. (Sugar alcohols). Better than regular sugar. I occasionally use truvia.

I personally prefer to limit my natural sugar intake instead of using artificial sweeteners. Just my opinion though I know many people will disagree with this.
 
This is so nice post. I really like it. I like green vegetables and fresh fruits and they are necessary part of my diet. Junk foods are not good for health. We should minimize their usage.
 
Definitely, once of the nicest post here. A person who is really disciplined when it comes to food choice might be able to follow it correctly.
