anyone else do morning fasted workouts and what were your experiences

I have been doing them for 2 weeks and it was hard at first but I have been getting used to it. At first I had no energy but now I seem to be more energetic

can anyone explain why my body has changed?

you should do fasted training its more effective

what has changed is your body is adapting and using fat for energy

As long as it is first thing in the morning, fasted workout is effective, your body get use to it and with time you will feel no difference
